In Apartment Sofija, Moravski dvori we want to ensure the well-being of all guests and our neighbours, so we have set the following house rules.

Arrivals

Arrivals are scheduled after 14:00.

It is necessary to call one of the following telephone numbers before arrival:

so we can hand you the keys to the apartment // provide you with the PIN code for unlocking the door. If you want us to meet you in person in the apartment, let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departures are scheduled until 10:00. Later departure is possible by prior arrangement, but only if the apartment is free.

Please check that the dishes are washed and stacked in the kitchen cupboards before departure.

We kindly ask you to clean up after yourself and take the rubbish to the designated place.

Please close the windows and front door of the apartment.

General

• Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
• Smoking is allowed on the terrace, cigarette butts are extinguished in the ashtray.
• Pets are not allowed
• The apartment was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, so please use the slippers located at the entrance to the apartment for your wellbeing. Slippers are freshly washed in the washing machine before the arrival of each guest.
• Please close the front door and do not leave the apartment unlocked.
• The apartment is air-conditioned. When using the air conditioner, please close the windows and doors.
• The following is available to you in the apartment: bed linen, towels, kitchenware, utensils and basic necessities for food preparation (salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, oil). A cloth, sponge, detergent and wipes are provided for washing the dishes. The apartment has toilet paper, soap and garbage bags available.
• A robotic vacuum cleaner, broom and mop are provided for cleaning.
• There is also a dishwasher with tablets in the apartment.
• The apartment has a TV and free Wi-Fi. The password can be found in the apartment.
• Parking is free for apartment guests and is available directly in front of the apartment entrance. There is one parking space for each apartment. Parking is at your own risk.
• Handle the items in the apartment with due skill, care and diligence. In the event of damage, we will charge you for it.
• In the event of damage to the plumbing or electrical system or other damage to the equipment, let us know as soon as possible on the phone number

• The fire code together with the signs for emergency exits is hung in the apartment. In the event of a fire, follow the instructions in the fire code.
• The apartment can accommodate as many people at a time as stated at check-in.
• Visits are allowed only by prior arrangement.
• The landlord is not responsible for valuables and money located in the apartments and for vehicles in the parking lot in front of the apartments.
• In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the owner has the right to cancel the guest’s further stay in the apartment, without reimbursement of rental costs.
